Here's the recipe for the spicy honey lemon dressing I mentioned the other day. It's from the Anti-Inflamation Diet and Recipe Book:
2/3 cup lemon juice (3-4 lemons)
1/2 cup honey (or a vegan sweetener)
2 tsp grated lemon zest
1 tsp salt
generous pinch of cayenne pepper
Mix! Done! Goes wonderfully over spinach.
