Composting is easy and an important step in nourishing yourself. If you're growing your own veggies, then this is a sure way to give them the food they need to grow. . so you can pick them and eat them and continue the cycle. All you really need to do is google - how to compost. But I did it for you. Here:

If you don't grow your own food, you can still use the compost in your softscaping. Or, you can bring it to a local community garden, where they will already have it all set up.
