Here's something crunchy, oily, salty, and garlic-y to munch on - on a cold afternoon.. instead of popcorn.. (which makes my stomach say ouch.) Oven! 350. Ingredients: Fresh kale Garlic, minced Olive oil Salt
Chop kale into pieces, toss with oil and garlic, place on a baking sheet, salt. Bake until crispy! (The edges are brown but not burnt.) About 10-15 minutes.
hi:) my name is anna, and i live in an attic in missouri. welcome to my experimental kitchen, where i nourish myself with egg-free, dairy-free, wheat-free, gluten-free, sugar-free, and corn-free meals and treats. enjoy poking around, using the recipes and making them your own. have fun!
I use organic ingredients in all my recipes. . and I think you should do the same. It's a tough issue to commit to - but if you think about it, seriously. . we're all spending the same amount of money. Some people pay upfront for healthy ingredients and planet friendly practices, and others pay for it in medical bills and environmental clean up later.
