Guess who helped me come up with that name for this banana strawberry popsicle? My cousin and I ate these for breakfast! What? Popsicles for breakfast! Yes.
Blend: 1-2 bananas 1-2 cups of strawberries 1/2 cup of whole coconut milk
Pour: into popsicle molds or dixie cups with popsicle sticks
all the popsicles i've been making are basically fruit (if blackberries - strain seeds out) + coconut milk + a little honey if you want it to be a dessert instead of a smoothie blended together and frozen in dixie cups with popsicle sticks.. i even put riddles on the sticks sometimes :)
yummmmmmm!! can't wait to try this one... hey, if you ever by chance end up doing a book and are looking for a photographer... you know i'd love to do it!! ;)
hi:) my name is anna, and i live in an attic in missouri. welcome to my experimental kitchen, where i nourish myself with egg-free, dairy-free, wheat-free, gluten-free, sugar-free, and corn-free meals and treats. enjoy poking around, using the recipes and making them your own. have fun!
I use organic ingredients in all my recipes. . and I think you should do the same. It's a tough issue to commit to - but if you think about it, seriously. . we're all spending the same amount of money. Some people pay upfront for healthy ingredients and planet friendly practices, and others pay for it in medical bills and environmental clean up later.
yes yes yes i had been looking for a completely healthy popsicle to make, and this one even comes with the perfect name!
