this is what's up

truffles.
equal parts:
-honey (or agave)
-almond/peanut butter
-cocoa powder

ok, a little extra cocoa powder.
put mix in fridge. then, after some time, roll.
in: coconut, hemp seeds, sesame seeds, walnuts, and cacao nibs

keep in fridge. devour.

    Sorry the post was so short :) Here are some real instructions:

    You can make as many truffles as you want, so instead of putting

    "1 cup of each: honey, nut butter, and cocoa powder"

    I just said equal parts. You can use 1/4 cup of each, or 3 cups of each if you're hosting a gala. (or just want a lot of leftovers :)

    Mix the honey, nut butter, and cocoa powder in a bowl then refrigerate it for a while. Or pop it in the freezer for 5 minutes.

    In the meanwhile, prepare your toppings in little bowls. You can use anything. I used hemp seeds, sesame seeds, coconut shavings, cacao nibs, and walnuts.

    When the truffle mixture has chilled, you can start rolling it into balls. You can make the balls as small or large as you like. Then roll them into the desired topping, and place on a tray that will fit into your fridge. They should be refrigerated until you are ready to serve them.
