Hi Ariana, Sorry the post was so short :) Here are some real instructions:
You can make as many truffles as you want, so instead of putting
"1 cup of each: honey, nut butter, and cocoa powder"
I just said equal parts. You can use 1/4 cup of each, or 3 cups of each if you're hosting a gala. (or just want a lot of leftovers :)
Mix the honey, nut butter, and cocoa powder in a bowl then refrigerate it for a while. Or pop it in the freezer for 5 minutes.
In the meanwhile, prepare your toppings in little bowls. You can use anything. I used hemp seeds, sesame seeds, coconut shavings, cacao nibs, and walnuts.
When the truffle mixture has chilled, you can start rolling it into balls. You can make the balls as small or large as you like. Then roll them into the desired topping, and place on a tray that will fit into your fridge. They should be refrigerated until you are ready to serve them.
hi:) my name is anna, and i live in an attic in missouri. welcome to my experimental kitchen, where i nourish myself with egg-free, dairy-free, wheat-free, gluten-free, sugar-free, and corn-free meals and treats. enjoy poking around, using the recipes and making them your own. have fun!
I use organic ingredients in all my recipes. . and I think you should do the same. It's a tough issue to commit to - but if you think about it, seriously. . we're all spending the same amount of money. Some people pay upfront for healthy ingredients and planet friendly practices, and others pay for it in medical bills and environmental clean up later.
Holy hell, those look swell. I shall make them, thanks! See you at T/F?! I hope.
ReplyDeletethanks carly :) i will see you at T/F! woo hoo!
ReplyDeleteCan you be a little more specific recipe wise? These look good, but hard to understand!
